HILLPOP's organic arabica coffee is born and raised in the forested hills of Chiang Rai, Thailand. Each and every tasty can contributes back to preserving the rainforest and empowering the local growers who make Hillpop possible.

Hillpop couldn’t just be brewed in a bucket. That’s why we took our sweet time creating a system and process that lets the wild taste live on in a cozy can, free from preservatives, stabilizers, and other junk we didn’t want to consume.

When we say our coffee is wild, we really mean it. In the natural jungles of Northern Thailand, under the dense canopy of tropical tangles, we found our coffee partners. MiVana Organic Forest Coffee is a social enterprise empowering locals to take care of their environment, and letting growers reap the rewards. Almost half of Thailand’s rainforests have been destroyed in the past 50 years. Without the rainforests, the natural environment is history – floods, droughts, extinctions, collapsing biodiversity... it’s all bad news. MiVana Organic Forest Coffee saw this happening in the lush north, and stepped in when no one else would. The group established a world-class, sustainable, organic growing operation that adds more to the environment than it takes, and gives back to the communities in the midst of it all. We are proud to work with people doing good without compromise. It’s better for the growers, better for the planet, better for the coffee, and better for you.

Coffee thrives in the shade of other trees at altitudes above 1000m. That is where all HILLPOP coffee starts its journey, in the mountains of Chiang Rai. Deep in the wild rainforest, our coffee grows in the company of natural flora and fauna. We harvest it, process it with all the love and attention it deserves, and blend it with simple ingredients to make a range of sparkling coffees you will love.

CHOCOLATE: Indulge like a grown up. 100% organic arabica coffee from Baan Rom Yen, Chiang Rai, Thailand. Medium roast with natural fruit, spice, and cocoa aroma. HILLPOP chocolate is carefully cold brewed with natural chocolate, sweetened with a touch of cane sugar, and lightly carbonated. It’s bold and chocolatey, but not too sweet. Chocolate and coffee, what more do you need?
